Freedom Celebration Cocktail Menu

A special menu for a special occasion. All menus can be tailored to our clients needs, this menu in particular can be altered to include your favourite cocktail items. All our cocktail menus are designed to give our clients a full meal.

Olives, nuts and Pretzels

A great selection of home made dips
Guacamole, tomato and capsicum salsa, hummus, and creamy sweet corn. All served with corn chips and cocktail biscuits

Fresh Vegetable Crudités
Crisp carrot and celery batons to enhance your enjoyment of our dips

Smoked Salmon Blinis
Served with sour cream and dill, lemon garnish

Mushroom vol au vents
a wonderful filling of mixed mushrooms in a white wine reduction

Petite quiches and tartlets
Served hot and cocktail waitered around the boat, served with béarnaise sauce

Fresh peeled prawns, with tail
Served with a delightful tangy seafood sauce

Bangalow Pork Sausages - organic Aussie pork, at its very best!
Served hot and cocktail waitered around the boat, served with a mustard dipping sauce

Parmesan Chicken Breast Medallions
tender chicken with a herb and parmesan crust

Mixed sushi platters
an excellent selection, served with pickled ginger, soy sauce and wasabi

Cheese Board
A great Australian cheese selection, with King Island Brie and Camembert, Blue Castello (a lovely creamy blue cheese, not Australian -sorry), matured Australian cheddar, and a light fruity cream cheese. All served with crisp water biscuits and grapes.

Fresh Australian berry fruit tartlets
fresh berries of the season with Grand Marnier creme chantilly.

To end your meal, fresh ground coffee and hand made Belgian Chocolates
