All our cocktail menus are designed to give our clients a full meal.
If your numbers are over 120, we suggest you ask us to alter some items
below, and suggest some
choices from our buffet, this can be as simple as desserts, cheese
platters and fresh Australian fruit, or also include more substantial
menu inclusions such as ham,
or mixed meat platters, served with salad greens and fresh crispy rolls.
